Integrative Speech Pathology
At Sedona Speech, nurturing the whole person is important! We incorporate holistic and naturopathic approaches whenever appropriate.
Sessions may include:
- Simple breathwork and integrated self-bodywork (limited to a few moments) for relaxation, focus, refocus and wellbeing
- Nature scenes for increased calm and wellbeing
- Therapy materials featuring local nature, healthy habits, whole foods, etc. when appropriate
- Colors that invoke calm
- Yoga poses for breaks, refocusing, calm
- Encouragement, when appropriate, to include whole, natural foods into the diet
- Suggestions for weighted blankets, earthing mats, varied seating postures, “wiggle seat” etc. as needed for focus and calm
- Plants to promote well being, memory retention, improved attention, creativity and overall happiness

Family Communication Circle
Ongoing teletherapy guidance for families (parents/guardians) whose children don’t require formal speech therapy with Sedona Speech but would benefit from developmental guidance. We meet regularly or on an as-needed basis to address questions, monitor growth, and create simple, effective strategies you can use at home to support your child’s communication.

Sedona Speech is partnering with OutSchool to offer affordable, playful, engaging speech and language support classes for children. These small-group sessions build communication skills
through games, stories, and creative activities—giving kids a fun space to grow while parents gain peace of mind.
